THE SEWING BOX RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase The Sewing Box will pick up the products and/or exchange them for the correct product taking care of the costs associated with this return and/or exchange.

This change can be requested within 5 calendar days from the day you receive the products. To do this we only ask you to notify us in writing by email to info@thesewingboxmag.com indicating the data necessary to locate the purchase. For our part, as soon as we receive your email, we will inform you, by email, the collection and subsequent receipt of the same, proceeding upon receipt of the returned shipment to refund the amount.

Regarding DIGITAL PRODUCTS there is no possibility of refund, please read the technical specifications and product description before making your purchase.

If the return is for reasons attributable to The Sewing Box Company (defective product or not matching the reference purchased), it will be The Sewing Box Company who will be responsible for collecting the products and / or change them for the correct one taking charge of the costs associated with this return and / or change. This change can be requested within 5 calendar days from the day you receive the products. To do this we only ask you to notify us in writing by email to info@thesewingboxmag.com indicating the data necessary to locate the purchase. For our part, as soon as we receive your email, we will inform you, by email, the collection and subsequent receipt of the same, proceeding upon receipt of the returned shipment to refund the amount.

In order to comply with the deadline for returns, the communication regarding the return of the purchase must be sent before the expiration of the corresponding deadline.

The refund will be made within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product and will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction.
