ABOUT THE BLUE TIT BROOCH
The entired bird is embroidered using the needle-painting technique (also known as thread painting, silk shading or soft shading). It consists of a hand embroidery technique that creates realistic pictures combining long and short stitches. The outline of the wings and the tail feathers are embroidered using stem stitch.
